Does Worklane send anything without me?

Nothing reaches a client without your approval. Candidate messages use templates you have approved, respect quiet hours (21:00 to 09:00 IST) and stop the moment someone opts out or you pause automation.

Is automating Resdex allowed?

Naukri's terms restrict automated access, so running the agent is a risk you choose to take. Worklane keeps it conservative: your own login, a session you can watch, low caps, no credits without approval and no CAPTCHA bypassing. You can also search yourself and paste results in for the same scoring.

Which languages does the AI screener speak?

English, Hindi and Hinglish. It switches as the candidate does, says it is an AI at the start, asks before recording and offers a callback from a person.

Where is candidate data stored?

In a private database in Mumbai, with consent recorded per candidate and channel. Any candidate can be exported or deleted in one step, and CVs sent to clients have phone and email removed.

Does it get cheaper over time?

Yes. Every candidate you download and screen joins your own talent pool. New requirements search it first, so you pay for Resdex less often.
